The Lions continued their hot streak on the road taking on Geneva. The Lions started strong right from the first whistle. After several dangerous attacks and close attempts being foiled by the Geneva defense, the Lions were finally able to net one. It was junior forward, Omer Sarig, that opened up the scoring for Orange. Sarig was able to steal the ball from the Geneva center back and slot one by the keeper. Not too much later, sophomore forward, Victor Ononogbo, was able to increase the Lions lead to 2. To begin the second half, Orange picked up right where they left off. Senior midfielder and captain, Carson Munn, was able to beat his defender 1v1 and was taken down in the penalty box, earning the Lions a PK. Freshman midfielder, Jake Tartaglia, calmly took the penalty and slotted it into the back of the net. The final goal was awarded to sophomore midfielder, Cade Horvat, after he was able to get on the end of it and punch one into the back of the net. The Lions move to 5-3-3 on the season.
