The Boys Varsity Soccer team traveled to Perry for what would end up being a successful outing. The Lions came out strong; having majority of the possession and several shots on target. The energy was high throughout the half, but the Lions were unable to find a first half goal. Perry was able to construct a few counter attack chances during the half, but junior goalkeeper, Adam Rosenthal, foiled each of them. The Lions picked up where they left off to start the second half. Creating several 1v1 chances on the wings, Orange looked dangerous. About half way through the second half, they were rewarded for their effort. Senior forward and captain, Hunter Kasparian, found himself at the top of the box with room to shoot. Kasparian clinically touched the ball to his right foot and struck it into the lower left hand corner of the net. The Lions were able to maintain this lead for the remainder of the game and keep a clean sheet lead by center backs Leo Abramson and Pascal Morris-Barrie and outside backs Andy Saks and Tanner Slesh. The Lions advance to 4-3-3 on the season.
